WHY DO WE NEED TO BE BRAVE?

To build physical strength in ourselves. Bravery allows us to overcome the fear of new things, such as: swimming, driving a car, playing a sport, flying in an airplane. 
To build mental strength in ourselves. Bravery allows us to overcome mental blocks that hold us back, such as: fear of others judgment or fear of failure. 
To build integrity in ourselves and others. Doing what we know to be right despite the risks gives us purpose and a stronger sense of self. Examples include: standing up to bullies, racism and speaking up for what you believe in.

Bravery that we display and witness in others is contagious and inspiring! Bravery is an essential component to living satisfying and successful lives!
